This four-part workshop follows a group of middle schoolers as they experience relationship problems and learn the skills needed to solve them. It illustrates the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, how to act assertively, communication clearly and respectfully, avoid communication roadblocks, and head off and resolve conflict. Role-plays, handouts, and individuals and group activities provide practice with those skills.
