This is complicated since Peet's sells 32 different varieties of beans, plus decaf. Peet's meets its challenge of completing and shipping orders through an information management system that has been adapted to meet the company's changing needs. This system helps Peet's to keep track of the different orders and all of the special customizations required for each one.
