This workshop was developed for Operations and Maintenance personnel who require an understanding of basic gas turbine metallurgy and repair technology to conduct business with repair shops and make "repair versus replacement parts" decisions. The course CD presents the techniques used to assess component condition and provides an understanding of the conventional and advanced repair technologies used to extend component life.
