This video provides thoughtful insights for understanding the frustration that arises in a conflict situation and methods for responding to that frustration. Dramatic scenarios describe three teenagers who are transported into "custody" where an "anger officer" takes them through the Cage the Rage experience. Students learn about a plan for dealing with conflicts in a way that leads to a positive resolution and promotes an attitude of self-control and self-responsibility.
