Follow a group of teens who: give in to peer pressure to drink; use drinking as a way to ease uncomfortable feelings; are confronted with the choice of driving with someone who has been drinking; have family members who drink excessively.
Rachel is under pressure from Valerie, June, Pedro, and Steve to let them drink at her house. She goes against her better judgment and relents. Later they sneak out to town and Steve steals candy from a store. Rachel's mother catches them.
