LIVING THE AUTISM MAZE
Directed by Anne Barbano and Jeff Farber

Today 1 in 166 children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Upon receiving this heartbreaking diagnosis, parents begin their search for the elusive cure that will heal their child, and return their family to normalcy. Yet as these families explore the best ways to treat the child they love, they encounter conflicting approaches and endless barriers. This film is about families trying to navigate their way to a better place, trying to understand what the future holds without ready-made roadmaps or guides. This is a film about families who have entered, and are living in, the maze of autism.

Reviews
~ "This is a film that every responsible person should see. It is not an educational film alone, but an inspirational one." - Frank Manchel, Professor Emeritus, The University of Vermont

~ "I loved the intimacy of being invited into the world of these families and getting a sense of what it must be like to live with a child with autism. I definitely walked away having a greater appreciation of the struggles that families face, the great love and passion propelling parents to find help, answers, along with the heartbreak and frustrations."-Rita Murphy, author, Random House Children's Books
