Paul Shattock, Director of Autism Research Unit at Sunderland University, guides us through this program on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
In Part 1, we meet Jacqui Jackson and her 13-year-old son, Luke, who has tackled a mild form of autism, known as Asperger Syndrome, through changes in diet.
In Part 2, we meet Noor Sacoor and her son, Aleem, who has a more severe Autism Spectrum Disorder that has been helped through osteopathic therapies used by Matthew Schrock, an Osteopath. Next we meet Kerry Crouch, her autistic son, Tom, and Claire Heath, a Homeopath, who uses homeopathic therapies to help Tom overcome fears and express his feelings.
