All major stages of engine tear -down and reassembly are shown, including front -end disassembly, cylinder head removal, piston and rod removal, crankshaft removal, part cleaning, and part inspection. Viewers will learn how to hoist and suspend or mount an engine, remove major components, measure part wear, check for cracks and damage, and how to determine what parts should be ordered for an engine rebuild. Safety procedures are also reinforced in this program.
